Are you happy?

I was just chatting with a friend over Facebook. Without second thoughts I wrote to her, " I am happy these days. I don't have guilt over anything and I feel contained". She replied that it's such an important thing. If you ask me what happiness would mean for me, I don't have an answer but it's been a moment for me. I don't recall any sad moments these days. Though I remember them, I conclude them as sad dream and learning remarks.
So, here is a question for you, if you are reading. Do you feel guilty of your actions? If you do, I ask you not to. You did that for yourself, to cheer yourself up. Yes, all the actions don't have favorable consequences and they have different repercussions. But ask to your heart, did you try doing things bad with intention? If not, just console yourself and say to yourself, it was a mistake, and humans do mistakes. You gotta try again and make things right. You boost yourself up. So, you got me, I don't feel guilty over anything these days. If I have hurt anyone, I know from my heart, that wasn't my intention and just give a reminder, I won't make delay to apologize and even try making things right best to my capacity.
Again, "are you happy?". Well, you might have got many suggestions, "do what makes you feel happy". Guess what, I am going to say the same. But how do you figure out what is that thing that makes you happy? Isn't it? Believe me, you have the answers. Remember what you did last that brought smile to your face. Scroll down your contact list and see, whom did you have fine conversation with. Remember all those sweet moments who spent with your love, "ex if you are single". I bet, you have a lot of them. You might hate that person right now but there are lots of such beautiful memories. And if you haven't been in a relationship with, remember the feeling you had when you had encounter with your crush, feel those butterflies in your stomach.
Just don't complain. Let things flow free. Go easy with life. Yes, you have duties and responsibilities but the foremost thing you need to do is, love yourself. Cherish yourself. Take care of your health, your food, maintain your shape. Then, you will feel the happiness. Embrace things with open heart and free soul. That's exactly what I have been doing and I am happy.

These are spontaneous thoughts. It took me just 15 minutes to compose this piece. After all, emotions and thoughts are spontaneous right? And yeah, I just wrote back to her "I completed writing few paragraphs as soon as I told her, I am happy." It was 5:10 PM when I said her I am happy and now it's 5:25 PM.
